- In accordance with the tariff agreement of the Canton of Zurich / on the basis of the doctor’s Spitex prescription.
- Services under Art. 7 KLV (the Swiss Health Insurance Benefits Ordinance) are covered by all health insurers. The person receiving care pays a patient contribution of CHF 7.65 per day – in addition to the usual co-payment (Selbstbehalt) and deductible (franchise). Children and young people under 18 pay no patient contribution.
- A minimum of 10 minutes is charged per visit; after that, billing is in units of 5 minutes.
- For services outside the Health Insurance Act (KVG), no travel charges or other handling fees are invoiced.
- Services not recognised by health insurance are only taken on after prior agreement with everyone involved.

How much does Spitex cost in the Canton of Zurich?
The hourly rates: CHF 52.60 for basic care, CHF 63.00 for examinations and treatment, CHF 76.90 for needs assessment and advice and CHF 44.00 for household care. 12 h or 24 h presence and care is available on request.
You pay the patient contribution as well as your health insurer’s deductible (franchise) and co-payment (Selbstbehalt).
How high is the patient contribution in the Canton of Zurich?

Yes. Everyone living in the Canton of Zurich – including the City of Zurich – can use our services. Our office is in Dietikon.
