We offer a presence of 12 or 24 hours in your home – on request. We tailor the scope and routine to your situation and combine the presence with nursing care when needed.
Depending on the situation, this can include:
- Presence during the day, at night or around the clock
- Basic care, for example personal care and dressing and undressing
- Treatment care on a doctor’s prescription
- Support and company in everyday life
- Help around the home

Costs & health insurance
What does 24-hour care cost?
We offer a presence over 12 or 24 hours on request – the price depends on your situation. The presence itself is not covered by health insurance.
We discuss with you before the start how the costs will be split – for example between health insurance, supplementary insurance and private payment. We only take on services that are not recognised by health insurance after prior agreement with everyone involved.

- No travel charges
- For services outside the Health Insurance Act, we do not charge any travel or other handling fees.
- Monthly invoice
- We invoice once a month – in the second half of the month at the latest, always for the previous month.
- Cancellations
- A planned visit must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance. Visits that are not cancelled will be charged.

How much does 24-hour care at home cost?
We offer a presence over 12 or 24 hours on request. We discuss the price with you after the needs assessment – before your care begins. Call us on 044 500 49 27.
Does health insurance pay for 24-hour care?
Health insurance does not cover the presence itself. Nursing services recognised by the insurers are billed at the statutory rates. We discuss with you in advance who pays which costs.
What is the difference between 12-hour and 24-hour presence?
With 12 hours, one of our team is with you for half a day or during the night; with 24 hours, around the clock. We work out together with you which solution fits.
How quickly can round-the-clock care start?
As a rule, we take over care within 24 hours. For a presence around the clock, we plan the team together with you – call us so that we can start quickly.
Will I always be cared for by the same person?
We try to send the same carers to the same place whenever possible. Because our staff work part-time and are sometimes away on holiday, at training or ill, this is not always possible.
If you only need help around the home at regular intervals, planning for the same staff member is usually feasible.
When will I be invoiced?
We invoice once a month – in the second half of the month at the latest, always for the previous month.
